Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Wood Buffalo Community Foundation ("WBCF") is called for and will be held in person at Suite 209 - 108 Riverstone Ridge, Fort McMurray, Alberta, on the 17th day of June, 2024 at the hour of 6:30 p.m.(MT) for the following purposes:
To receive the WBCF’s financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2023.
To elect additional Directors of the Board.
To appoint the Auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year.
To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
If you plan to attend the meeting as an observer, please RSVP to office@wbcfoundation.ca by Friday, June 14th with your name and, if relevant, the member organization you will be representing.
The WBCF’s 2023 Financial Statements and Annual Report will be available at the AGM and can be viewed online.
