Executive Director

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our foundation into its next chapter of growth and community impact. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the philanthropic landscape of the Wood Buffalo region, working closely with donors, community organizations, and regional stakeholders to create lasting positive change.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of leadership experience in non-profit management, philanthropy, or related fields, demonstrated success in fund development and donor relations, strong financial management and budgeting capabilities, and excellent communication and public speaking abilities. A degree in non-profit management, business, or a related field is preferred, and professional certification in fundraising or philanthropic management is an asset.
