About the Fund 

The ECSF provided support to vulnerable populations during #COVID19. Together with Community Foundations of Canada and the Government of Canada, this funding has helped support qualified donees working with vulnerable populations.

In the both rounds, the WBCF allocated all of its funding for this program, providing over $190,000 to those within the RMWB that have been adversely affected by COVID.
